"I'm new to this agents office. I was surprised to be his client because my agent in Callahan closed his office without giving me noticeable turned me over to Mr. Lempesis. So far I am pleased because he pointed out several things concerning my rental insurance that I wasn't aware of. I hope we have a good relationship going forward. There was a little glitch that almost got my automobile insurance canceled but thankfully his assistant called me in time to straighten it out. That tells me that they know to pay attention to issues and save clients from consequence."

"Please be very cautious when picking this agents office. I was quoted a certain amount but yet even after my discount was back applied, my bill goes up and up with no clear billing ledger. I have been asking for MONTHS a complete break down but yet never received one. Amazing how a major company like State Farm doesn’t have billing records so easy to access that you have to wait?? Do not pick this agents office unless you want the complete run around. I have filed with the bbb, maybe then I will see what I am paying for."
"Ms. Kurland, first I apologize that the Billing breakdown that we have sent and have tried to explain to you has not made sense to you. Myself as well as my team have spoken to you via phone and email over the last 4 to 5 months sending you numerous billing breakdowns to try and go over your premium adjustments. Those premium adjustments were the result of a discount falling off due to the Steer Clear program not being completed. We reached out multiple times in advance as a reminder to please complete the program within 30 days, to which you even replied asking for instructions again on it. Instructions were resent, but it was still never completed. Therefore the discount fell off resulting in your premium adjustment. Again, we are sorry if there is still confusion somewhere, but your accusation that we have never sent any sort of breakdown is completely false. Please give us a call to discuss further if you still have questions."

"I recently had to shop for Auto insurance. I filled out a number of quote requests from different agencies and the only live person I spoke with was this office of State Farm.
